If you want the dress as soon as possible we can check
the manufacturer's warehouse and it will ship within 10

COMPLETION DATES(above) do not include shipping to you.

2. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point
of purchase. There are no refunds or exchanges at the
point of purchase, with no exceptions under any circumstances.
Decisions on style, color, size, quantity, and length
need to be exact and final at the point of purchase
given the special nature of the merchandise.
3. WHAT IS A RUSH ORDER?
Rush orders offer quicker completion of order at an
extra charge. Rush order times vary by designer. See
RUSH DELIVERY section for more information.
4. WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
All major credit cards are accepted.
Cashiers check, money order, and personal checks are
accepted along with completed order form via U.S. mail.
5. ARE YOU AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER?
We are a flagship company of an authorized retailer
that has been in the bridal business for over 20 years.
6. CAN I ORDER SWATCHES?
No, we do not provide swatches to the customer; you
can find in-store swatches at a local retailer.
7. CAN I ORDER FABRIC?
Yes. There is a minimum order of 1 yard to place an
order for fabric. To place an order call our customer
service department.
8.IS THERE A CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Free shipping within the continental U.S. for all bridal
gown and prom gown orders!
Free shipping within the continental U.S. for bridesmaid
orders when 2 or more are sent to one address!
If you are placing an order for a single bridesmaid
gown, please be aware there will be a shipping and handling
fee to cover the expense involved in the order of a
single garment. The fee will display during the online
ordering process.
Shipping within the continental U.S. is free when the
total bridesmaid party is shipped to one address. Bridesmaid
orders may have separate shipping addresses, but each
box will be charged a shipping and handling fee.
Packages are shipped within the continental U.S. via
UPS.
9. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S.?
We ship Worldwide! Orders shipped outside the continental
U.S. are sent via the United States Post Office Global
Express Mail. All International Orders must be done
via phone.
NOTE: Our shipping rates cover
our cost to ship a large box to other countries. It
does not cover any customs or duty charges a country
may impose on the receiver of the package.
10. HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS
OF MY ORDER?
ALL order confirmation via e-mail:
1st e-mail- confirmation sent
immediately after order is submitted
2nd e-mail- 24 hours after
order has been placed
3rd e-mail- 7-10 business days
after order placement, confirmation of designer/style/quantity/color/size/length,
and estimated shipping date
4th e-mail- shipping information,
tracking number for order being shipped to you.
11. CAN I REQUEST FASTER THAN
GROUND SHIPPING?
You can request alternative shipping at the point of
purchase for an extra charge.
