There are no refunds or exchanges at the point of purchase on all other items except for prom dresses not on sale or clearance. Decisions on style, color, size, and other specifications need to be exact and final. All products are special orders are made specifically for you. Dye lots can vary from in-store swatches. All bridesmaid gowns must be ordered at the same time to prevent dye lot variation.

ONLY PROM DRESSES that are not on sale or clearance can be returned for STORE CREDIT LESS SHIPPING FEES AND APPROPRIATE RESTOCKING FEES. You must contact customer service within 2 days of delivery to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. All returns sent without a return authorization will be refused. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and have all originals tags attached and in original packaging. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you. If you do not accept the item being returned to you, we will charge you 50% of the value of the item, plus shipping charges, as a restocking fee. Store credit is valid for one year after issue date and cannot be used towards shipping costs. There is a 10% restocking fee for all single dress returns and exchanges.
2. PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Full payment is required at the time of order placement. All major credit cards are accepted. We also accept cashier¡¯s check or money orders sent by US mail with the completed order form. CHANGES on size, color, style, and length once the order is placed into production. At the time absolutely sure of all your specifications. DO NOT PLACE ORDER IF YOU are unsure of SIZE/COLOR/STYLE.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION PROTOCOL

Order status can be checked by using your account login and password 24 hours after the order is placed. This will give you the ship date of the gown. Orders placed on weekends can be checked after Monday.
2nd e-mail- shipping information, tracking number for order being shipped to you.
5. COMPLETION OF ORDER FORM.
All information on order has to be accurate and filled out completely. Missing information will cause delays and will disrupt the ordering process.
6. ORDER TIME.
Special orders take an average of 12-16 weeks to complete. Completion dates are only approximate; they vary by designer, time of the season, etc. You should also consider us shipping to you which can take 7-10 business days. Also most dresses need alterations since they are only made to a standard size, not exactly to your body measurements.

10. ARRIVAL OF ORDER.
Special orders take 12-16 weeks to complete. Allow 7-10 business days for domestic ground shipping... Inspect merchandise immediately, any problems/questions/concerns contact customer service within 3 business days.
11. SELECTING A SIZE.
Size charts are made specific to each manufacturer/designer. Follow the designer's size chart when selecting a size. MUST BE PROFESSIONALLY MEASURED. Determine your size with your largest measurement. Bigger is better. You are responsible for the size and we can make no changes after the order is placed. Gowns are NOT CUSTOM MADE, they are made for a standard size chart. Most all women need alterations.
12. COLORS AND SWATCHES.
Colors online can differ drastically from actual color. Locate a retailer in your area to view in store color swatches. We cannot provide swatches for you. When placing an order for bridesmaids, must be ordered at same time, so they are cut from the same roll of fabric, otherwise dye lots can vary. Also dye lots can vary from in store color swatches. We are not responsible for dye lot variations.
13. ORDERING FABRIC.
There is a minimum order of one yard when ordering fabric from a manufacturer. Please contact our customer service department to place an order for fabric.
14. SHIPPING PROCEDURE.
Free shipping within the continental U.S. for all bridal gown and prom gown orders! Free shipping within the continental U.S. for bridesmaid orders when 2 or more are sent to one address! If you are placing an order for a single bridesmaid gown, please be aware there will be shipping and handling fee to cover the expense involved in the order of a single garment. The fee will display during the online ordering process.
Shipping within the continental U.S. is free when the total bridesmaid party is shipped to one address. Bridesmaid orders may have separate shipping addresses, but each box will be charged a shipping and handling fee.
Packages are shipped within the continental U.S. via UPS.
We ship Worldwide! Orders shipped outside the continental U.S. are sent via the United States Post Office Global Express Mail. All International Orders must be done via phone.
NOTE: Our shipping rates cover our cost to ship a large box to other countries. It does not cover any customs or duty charges a country may impose on the receiver of the package.
