I''ll let you know that we had ordered this particular dress back in February ( a local store had one but it was damaged--so we found it at an online site and decided to pay a little more in order to get the one my daughter really wanted). The company turned out to be not a reputable one---could not tell me for sure when it would ship, stopped responding to emails and phone calls, but had charged our credit card. Finally when it did not arrive few days back as had been arranged, I called my VISA and they investigated and found phone disconnected. They promptly reversed all charges and will pursue that vendor on their own. Left me however with having to tell my daughther that her dress wouldn''t be arriving, and we were back to square one. She was heartbroken and I felt aweful--but resolved to try and salvage the situation. That''s why when I found you and you offered your help, and then called back 20 mins later with success, we were overjoyed. I''ve not been burned in online shopping before, but this experience is one we won''t forget, and I think my daughter won''t fully believe the dress is "ours" until its in her hands. This is probably more than you wanted to know, but it does underscore why I am very glad that I found your company and my thanks for your conscientious efforts to keep us informed as things proceed.
